Senior’s Wellbeing Projects

Senior’s Well-being Projects include:

-Community Visitors program where staff & volunteers organise visits to residential care facilities across Sydney to provide cultural support and social networking

-Assisting residential aged care facilities to implement culturally appropriate care to their residents and to improve their knowledge and awareness of the Macedonian culture.

-Support to Macedonian older people in the community through individual and group work support 

-Information and referral to mainstream aged care services

-Information and education workshops on health & wellbeing topics to seniors in the community, and culturally appropriate resources for older Macedonians

Senior’s IT Literacy project 

This project provides digital device, training and mentoring for senior’s in the community or in aged care facilities who want to improve their connections with others.
